 SimTech Golf Returns Policy

1. Introduction

SimTech Golf is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. As a trusted supplier of top-tier golf simulators, we strive to make the returns process as seamless as possible.

2. Returns Eligibility

Change of Mind: If you decide a product isn't right for you, you have 14 days from the date the order is placed to request a return. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Faulty or Incorrect Products: In the unlikely event you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please notify us within 30 days of receipt. We'll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on your preference.

3. Returns Process

1. Contact Us: Start the process by emailing us at support@simtechgolf.com with your order number, the reason for return, and any relevant photos (for faulty items).
2. Receive Guidance: We will promptly respond with instructions tailored to your specific situation, as return procedures may vary slightly depending on the product supplier.
3. Return Shipping: For change of mind returns, you'll be responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover these costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for your peace of mind.
4. Inspection and Resolution: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 14 days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

4. Refunds

Change of Mind: Refunds for change of mind returns will cover the product price, excluding original shipping and transaction fees.
Faulty/Incorrect Products: Refunds for faulty or incorrect products will include the product price and any reasonable return shipping costs you incurred.

5. Exchanges

We don't currently facilitate direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable:

Personalised or custom-made products
Items showing signs of use or damage
Items returned without prior authorisation or beyond the specified timeframe

 

7. Your Consumer Rights

Your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected. If a product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund.
