SimTech Golf is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. As a trusted supplier of top-tier golf simulators, we strive to make the returns process as seamless as possible.
2. Returns Eligibility
● Change of Mind: If you decide a product isn't right for you, you have 14 days from the date the order is placed to request a return. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
● Faulty or Incorrect Products: In the unlikely event you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please notify us within 30 days of receipt. We'll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on your preference.
3. Returns Process
1. Contact Us: Start the process by emailing us at support@simtechgolf.com with your order number, the reason for return, and any relevant photos (for faulty items).
2. Receive Guidance: We will promptly respond with instructions tailored to your specific situation, as return procedures may vary slightly depending on the product supplier.
3. Return Shipping: For change of mind returns, you'll be responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover these costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for your peace of mind.
4. Inspection and Resolution: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 14 days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
4. Refunds
● Change of Mind: Refunds for change of mind returns will cover the product price, excluding original shipping and transaction fees.
● Faulty/Incorrect Products: Refunds for faulty or incorrect products will include the product price and any reasonable return shipping costs you incurred.
5. Exchanges
We don't currently facilitate direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Non-Returnable Items
